Meeting room
4 meeting room are available in La Base by CCI 19, respectful of sanitary rule, welcome you and can be rented from 7h30 to 19h, from monday to friday, half a day or daily.
They are available in classical laying out or for specific works with following equipments:
- The “Neutron” meeting room is particularly designed for benchmarking sessions and monitoring: 2 wide touch-screen, transformable into a pictures wall to display multiple windows and into a whiteboard. There is also a visioconferencing system (screen with on-board computer).
- The “Pulsar” meeting room is particularly designed for creativity sessions: white wall, collaborative box, moving whiteboards, visioconferencing (screen with on-board computer). It’s also dedicated to video and photo shooting and podcast recordings…: green wall, photo-video camera, projectors, sound recording, 2 lapel microphones, 1 microphone, sound boom and stabilizer, computer set up for sound/video montage with dedicated softwares.
- The 40m² “Electron 1&2” meeting rooms have the particularity to be merged into 80m² room, thanks to a modular acoustic partition. Rooms furnished with a visoconferencing system (screen with on-board computer).
These meeting rooms have a private access (individual lockers are available).
Possibility to have a subscription and hour credits.
Specific rates for projects creators supported by CCI (-50% on our rates).
Our rooms can be rented with a technical assistance.
Any specific request are on quote (laying out, hours, technical assistance).

• Half a day: 162 euros Tax incl.
